Working in a digital world produces on going opportunities to explore our visual capabilities from immersive content to computer aided interactive design. We will look at the workflows used in education and how experimental forms can create a new multiverse.
Paul Smyth (Aka Twentyseventythree) has been working as a digital artist and educator for over 25 years, working originally as a graphic designer but then progressed into 3D animation and Immersive technologies. He works as a freelancer, electronic music artist and is also a Senior Lecturer at Newcastle College University Centre teaching Immersive and creative technologies. Using unatural workflows, Software and constant experimentation has pushed new boundrys in his work enabling him to use this within his work for teaching clients or fun.
